GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please note the processing times of the items as it is not included in the delivery time. We normally prepare the order in 3-7 working days. Preparation time may vary during sales, promotions or in times of high volume (Black Friday, Christmas…).
  • For the rush orders please contact us beforehand.
  • If you think your order is delayed, please contact our team by writing as to info@ggunique.com.
  • If you are ordering a product that is noted to be “available on backorder” this means that the product is currently not in stock at GG UNIQUE. In general the delay on backordered articles is 2 to 3 weeks’ time.
  • Orders containing backordered items are shipped when all articles are back in stock. If the foreseen delay is more than 3 weeks, then we will contact the customer to see what we can do.
  • GG UNIQUE ships worldwide. Bellow you will find more details on shipping costs and methods.
  • Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
  • As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number that you can check to find your parcel (websites for tracking your order may differ according to the shipping method (please read bellow to find the tracking website).
  • Buyers are responsible for any related cost for returning the items.

EU COUNTRIES AND NON EU COUNTRIES

  • Order to EU and NON EU countries have a flat rate shipping price of 6 Eur.
  • Free shipping is automaticaly applied for orders above 100 Eur.
  • Delivery time varies on the country and the country customs. GG UNIQUE cannot guarantee shipping time on international shipping’s. Usually it takes 7-21 working days.
  • Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. GG UNIQUE is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
